Tip #2 – Change up your resume to suit the job.

 

Resumes are flexible! Keep the reader in mind and change the format and wording to benefit the job application. Unless you're applying for multiple positions in the same company, likely the future boss will never know you tweaked your attributes listed to suit the specific position. Include the most relevant parts of your work experience and most applicable references and volunteer history.
