BCPL Resume Tips
Tip #1 – Resumes should be a single full page.
Keep your resume one page but fill the whole page, no matter how detailed. For those with a long work history, it’s okay to chose only the most recent and/or most relevant jobs. Gaps in job history will often not keep employers from calling back but will simply generate questions regarding it in your interview. If you have a short work history, use formatting to help you fill more space such as spacing or bullets. Volunteer history and community projects are also nice fillers.
